I’m Sibte H., and I built FinThinkers so you always know where your money stands, and never get caught off guard.
My story
For over ten years, I’ve worked inside the finance functions of large organisations, across oil and gas, FMCG, and the non-profit sector. I’ve managed sizeable budgets and portfolios, worked on projects worth over $20 million, and sat in the rooms where the real financial decisions get made.
Here’s what I learned: big companies are never confused about their numbers. They have entire teams whose only job is to turn raw data into clear answers. What’s profitable, where cash is tight, what to do next.
Small and micro businesses get none of that. You get software you never asked to become an expert in, or an accountant you speak to once a year at tax time. The numbers exist, but nobody’s translating them into something you can actually use.
That gap is the entire reason FinThinkers exists. I take the kind of financial thinking big companies pay whole teams for, and I bring it to owners like you, in plain English, focused on the handful of things that actually move your business.
